As a Locum CRNA, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality anesthesia care in a collaborative environment. You will work closely with physicians and healthcare staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes while handling a variety of cases. Responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia safely and effectively during surgical procedures
• Monitor patients' vital signs and adjust anesthesia levels as necessary
• Collaborate with surgeons and other medical team members
• Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and consultations
• Develop and implement anesthesia care plans
• Provide post-anesthesia care and monitor recovery
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulations
• Participate in continuous education and training sessions

Requirements

• Associate degree in Nursing or related field
• Active certification as a Nurse Anesthetist
• Clinical experience in administering anesthesia
• Strong knowledge of anesthesia procedures and equipment
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Current licensure to practice nursing in the respective state

Schedule: Friday-Monday, 10 or 12-hour shifts 

Optional night and weekend call shifts

Case Types: Pediatrics, OB, and hearts

Medical Direction: 1:3-4

Must be board-certified or board-eligible

Paid travel and expenses
