Qualifications:

* 5 + years experience commercial HVAC Estimating and sales experience with Data Centers, Hospitals offices knowledge a plus.

* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (or demonstrated equivalent experience in related HVAC field).

* Design-Build from Blueprints, Takeoffs via on screen and manually.

* Experience in a variety of project types.

* Must work well in a team environment.

* Developed skills (written, oral, and listening) in order to effectively communicate with diverse audiences.

* HVAC, Plumbing, Sheet Metal and Piping experience helpful.

* Quick Pen, AutoCad, Revit, Quotesoft, MS Exl, experience preferred.

* Proficient with MS Office.

* Good Time management, Verbal and written communication skills are a must.
