Job Description:

Our client is seeking an experienced Recruiter to support hiring efforts during a high-growth period. This individual will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle and partnering closely with internal stakeholders to fill a variety of roles across multiple locations. The ideal candidate has prior experience recruiting within accounting or financial services and thrives in a high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment process from initial intake through offer stage
• Source qualified candidates using job boards, professional networks, and internal tools
• Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidate experience, skills, and overall fit
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide updates on progress
• Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the process
• Track candidate activity and maintain accurate records within recruiting systems
• Support offer preparation and assist with onboarding coordination as needed

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Greenhouse experience
• Prior experience recruiting within accounting, tax, or financial services environments required
• Strong ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience using platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed for sourcing candidates
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Additional Details:

• This is a contract opportunity expected to last approximately 4–6 months
• Target start date is ASAP
• Position supports hiring for roles across multiple U.S. locations
