Randstad Inhouse Services (RIS) is seeking an energetic, high-impact Recruiting Coordinator to lead embedded workforce operations for our premier manufacturing client site in Jaffrey, NH. Serving as an on-site extension of the client’s Human Resources and Operations functions, the Site Manager oversees all aspects of contingent labor operations

salary: $26 - $28 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

High-Volume Recruitment & Talent Pipeline

• Manage full-cycle recruiting, screening, interviewing, and selection of qualified production associates.
• Build and maintain an active talent pipeline to ensure daily headcount stability (85–140 associates).
• Conduct comprehensive new-hire orientations, safety briefings, and onboarding compliance checks (I-9s, drug screenings, background checks).
