Pmweb is seeking an ambitious Remote Business Development Representative to join our expanding team in Miami. This full-time, remote position offers an excellent opportunity for entry-level professionals to launch their sales and business development careers within the construction industry.

As a Remote Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth for pmweb by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients, and supporting the full sales cycle. This position offers a competitive salary range of USD $65,000 - $75,000 per year. Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the construction industry.
• Conduct outreach to potential clients through calls, emails, and other communication channels.

• Research key accounts, decision-makers, and industry trends to support targeted outreach efforts.
• Collaborate with senior sales and marketing team members to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
• Schedule meetings and product or service presentations for account executives.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups using CRM systems.
• Meet weekly and monthly outreach, lead generation, and pipeline building targets.
• Support proposal development, client follow-up, and initial qualification processes.
• Stay informed about construction industry developments to identify new growth opportunities.

Requirements

• This is an entry-level position; prior formal experience in business development is not required.
• Strong interest in sales, business development, or client-facing roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
