Job Summary Salesforce.com is the platform used to manage the entire lifecycle of a Paycor client. TheSalesforce.com Administrator will anticipate, contribute to, and accelerate Salesforce.com development and enhancements, identify and prioritize business needs and user needs, configure users, maintain data integrity, develop user documentation, and resolve user questions. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Deliver first-class Salesforce.com support services (user administration, user questions, application configuration, data management)
• Recommend high-value adaptations of Salesforce.com features and functionality
• Create reports and dashboards in support of implementation leadership
• Own related 3rd party applications in assigned business area
• Configure and customize Salesforce.com based on input from key business stakeholders
• Articulate, document, and promote user best practices
• Perform testing of Salesforce.com functionality
• Drive data quality initiatives
• Collaborate with business analysts, subject matter experts, and multiple Salesforce.com administrators
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve user issues within the application, and reduce the incidence of user-reported issues

Requirements

• 2+ years of Salesforce.com administration experience
• Aptitude for solving business processes and problems by using core Salesforce.com functionality, including but not limited to custom objects, workflows, custom validation, user profiles, sandboxes, and AppExchange/3rd Party applications
• Strong customer service skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and manage multiple projects
• Must be comfortable with rapidly growing user base and constantly changing Salesforce.com environment
• Bachelor's degree required
• Salesforce certification (ADM 201) preferred
• Familiarity with CPQ tools and functionality preferred

We also offer competitive compensation determined by each individual's relevant experience, skills, and education. We anticipate the base pay for this position to be between $74,380-126,984. In addition to base pay, Paycor Associates are eligible for either a performance-based annual bonus or commission, depending on their position.
