Overview
Radiology Tech – CT Tech (Travel) in Los Angeles, California. Start date 10/26/2026 for a 13-week assignment with guaranteed 36 hours per week. Weekly pay ranges from $2,779 to $2,906. Night shift hours are 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM, 5x8 schedule. Work setting is Home Healthcare – Hospice.

Responsibilities
- Operate CT equipment to produce cross-sectional images for radiologist interpretation; assist with positioning and protocol selection to optimize image quality.
- Perform additional imaging procedures as needed, including general radiography and fluoroscopy, while following radiation safety practices.
- Use PACS and teleradiology systems to transfer images to the appropriate radiology team; maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Maintain image integrity and patient data security in accordance with HIPAA and other regulations; ensure proper labeling and storage.
- Conduct routine maintenance and calibration of imaging equipment and manage supply inventory; participate in quality control activities.
- Assess and care for patients across the adolescent to geriatric spectrum; communicate findings and provide patient preparation and comfort as appropriate.

Requirements
- ARRT certification: RT(R)(CT) or RT(R) required
- California Radiologic Technologist license (RT) required
- CT Advanced Certification: Required in OR and HI; California candidates preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Fluoroscopy license required if operating fluoroscopy equipment; Venipuncture certification required if venipuncture is performed
- Education: Associate’s degree in Radiologic Technology preferred; at least two years of recent radiology experience
